The project will be carried out in accordance with the partnering model.
The project execution is split into two phases:
- Planning and engineering design (phase 1)
- Execution (phase 2)
The project and necessary engineering design will be defined in phase 1 before the start of construction. Descriptions are to be formulated, costs estimated, a progress plan formulated, and risk analyses carried out. A target price for the execution of the project is to be formulated on the basis of this. Phase 2 is an option for the builder, comprising detailed engineering design and construction of the building. The scope of the project is given in points 2.1 and 2.2 of this document.
