The contract shall be valid for 2 years, starting 1 June 2024. The Stavanger region Havnedrift shall have the option to extend the contract for a further 1+1+1 years, on the same terms as applicable for the first 2 years of the contract. The contract has a potential total duration of five years. The contract includes the following services: parking guard services, maintenance and cleaning of parking facilities, financial follow-up and reporting.

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
