Kort beskrivelse:
The contract is for a residential follow-up services for adults over 18 years with drug and alcohol and ROP disorders.
The residents are physically and mentally run-down after periods of proactive drug and alcohol abuse, minimal nutrition, functional impairment, and a reduced ability to care for themselves.
The residents can have challenging behaviours with a need for violence and safety risk assessments. An assessment of consent competence is required.
The residents have different functional levels, ages and interests. They may have serious additional difficulties, such as cognitive and/or somatic health challenges and behavioural difficulties. Therefore, different professional approaches will be required, depending on the residents' individual needs, wishes and circumstances.

It is emphasised that the target group may be variable and will be subject to annual evaluation and adjustment if necessary.
There will be major variations in the length of stay for those residents who are allocated a place. Some will need to stay there for the rest of their lives, while others may have changing needs and will be moved. Residence permits are granted for one year initially, and then extended for three and three years.
