Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority will obtain a
a credit rating for Norwegian candidates as documentation. The contracting authority
subscribes to services from Bisnode (D&B). Tenderers
must achieve a minimum rating of “creditworthy” (A).
Tenderers are assumed to be familiar with
registered information on the company and agrees via its
delivery of the tender to the information being retrieved and
forming the basis of the assessment of the tenderer's
financial status.
If there is doubt about the tenderer fulfilling the requirement, the contracting authority will
be able to require further documentation for the economic
capacity
In the event of mergers / acquisitions / new establishments, the tenderers may
be considered separately
Foreign companies: Applications from outside Scandinavia must themselves
attach a credit rating that documents the requirement for
credit worthiness equivalent to A credit worthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience to
implement the assignment.
The requirement is considered fulfilled when the tenderer can refer to
three reference projects, preferably in
the last 5 years, with the following characteristics:
The tenderer carried out and
was responsible for equivalent
deliveries.
For tenderers who have submitted a joint tender,
or who rely on other companies'
resources to fulfil the qualification requirements, this requirement must be fully fulfilled by the
company that will have a coordinating role in
the project.
Tenderers must have the necessary capacity and
competence to cover the need through
execution of the assignment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority has prepared a template
that the tenderer can use to
respond to both of these qualification requirements
and the selection criteria in section 4.4 (see
annex 1.1).
The form states which
information the tenderer is required to provide.
Tenderers must attach an overview
of the company's manpower for this contract.
E.g.:
A description of the organisation for
the assignment (organisation chart, etc.)
including planned staffing and/or
key roles
