Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must not have any substantial tax or VAT arrears.
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must as a minimum be credit worthy.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: The contracting authority will obtain expanded tax information from the Norwegian Tax Administration as documentation, on the basis of authority provided by the tenderer (see the annex 1.6). Tenderers must submit any approved repayment plan. Foreign tenderers: A certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home state certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the state in which the tenderer is established. The documentation shall be submitted in Norwegian/Scandinavian/English. A translation must be attached to the original certificate.

Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating for Nordic applicants. The contracting authority subscribes to services from Bisnode (D&B). Tenderers must achieve a rating of A (creditworthy). Tenderers are expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accept that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer's financial situation. If there is doubt as to whether a tenderer meets the requirement, the contracting authority can demand further documentation of the economic capacity.Tenderers can be assessed separately in the case of mergers/take-overs/new establishments. Foreign tenderers: Applicants outside Scandinavia must themselves submit a credit rating that documents the requirement for credit worthiness equivalent to A - credit worthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement. Tenderers must have sufficient experience to execute the assignment.
Tenderers must have the necessary capacity and competence to meet the needs associated with implementation of the assignment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The requirement is considered to be fulfilled if the tenderer can demonstrate three reference projects executed in the last 5 years with the following characteristics:
The tenderer has carried out and been responsible for similar deliveries. Similar deliveries means installation of or on-site solutions for automated stock distribution machines, mainly in the sterile supply area but also in other industries.
For tenderers submitting joint tenders or relying on the resources of other companies to fulfil the qualification requirements, this requirement must be fulfilled in full by the company that will have the coordinating role in the project. The contracting authority has prepared a form that tenderers must use to respond both to this qualification requirement and the selection criteria in point 4.4 (See Annex 1.1).
