The aim of the procurement is to carry out a new general valuation in order to get updated property tax rates in Stord municipality. The Contracting Authority requests tender offers on the delivery of services for new general valuations of properties and objects relevant for the printing of property taxes in Stord municipality in 2025, except in the Property Tax Act. The contracting authority is currently awarding property taxes on all real estates pursuant to the Property Tax Act § 3 letter a. The contracting authority carried out the previous general valuation in 2012 and has decided to use the Norwegian Tax Administration's wealth basis (housing values) with effect from 2025. Site inspections and valuations, including registration in the Contracting Authority for housing without the Norwegian Tax Administration's wealth basis (housing value), c.f. the list that the municipalities receive from the Norwegian Tax Administration in November/December 2024, is included in the procurement.

The aim of the procurement is to carry out a new general valuation in order to get updated property tax rates in Stord municipality. The Contracting Authority requests tender offers on the delivery of services for new general valuations of properties and objects relevant for the printing of property taxes in Stord municipality in 2025, except in the Property Tax Act. The contracting authority is currently awarding property taxes on all real estates pursuant to the Property Tax Act § 3 letter a. It may be necessary to carry out additional work connected with the valuation work. This includes assistance to an expert committee/appeals board in connection with received complaints from the taxpayers for the 2025 tax year.
