Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will check the tenderer ́s financial situation itself via a credit assessment from Bisnode. The credit rating shall be equivalent to A (credit worthy) or better in accordance with the standard. If a credit rating is not presented to the tenderer, the contracting authority will independently assess the information in Bisnode, or ask the tenderer to submit documentation. Recently established companies will be assessed separately.
