The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. Tenderers must achieve a rating of creditworthy. Tenderers can enclose other documentation confirming that their financial ability is satisfactory.

Technical and professional qualifications: Documented very good implementation ability is required, and experience from at least 3 relevant assignments for the provision of services as a licence partner. Tenderers must, as a minimum, be able to present a list of the most important deliveries or services performed in the last three years.

Quality assurance standard and environmental management system.: The contracting authority requires
certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils certain environmental management systems or standards. Documented by a certificate issued by an independent body, for example: Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS. The contracting authority will accept equivalent certificates issued by bodies in other EEA countries. The contracting authority will accept other documentation for equivalent environmental management measures if the tenderer is unable to obtain such certificates by the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer himself.

As documentation proof, a certificate of relevant quality assurance standard, for example ISO 9001, must be presented. The national rejection reasons in the procurement regulations § 24-2 also apply in this competition. 24-2(2). This provision states that the contracting authority shall reject a tenderer when he is aware that the tenderer has been legally convicted or has accepted a wrought for the stated punishable conditions.
