Sokndal kommune

Sokndal Municipality intends to enter into a continuing contract in accordance with part IV of the public procurement regulations, procurements of health and social services. The aim of the procurement is to provide good health and care services for service recipients through mutual cooperation, efficient communication, and simplified routines. A lot of emphasis is therefore put on specifying the content in deliveries and clarifying responsibilities that follow the delivery, defining the user's needs and procedure for communication with the contracting authority, which will have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the user's needs are met.

Kort beskrivelse:
The procurement will fulfil the municipality's obligations in accordance with the Municipal Health and Care Services Act (24.6.2011), and ensure a good and general residential and care offer for the service recipient.
The service recipient is a women in her 50s. She has been diagnosed with a mild mental handicap, in addition to diagnoses within psychiatry. The service recipient needs care, safety, predictability, and a safe environment. It will be important that the personnel spend time on building up a relationship, so that a good dialogue can be established with the service recipient.

The work assignments consist of practical assistance with encouraging and guiding personal care and hygiene. Furthermore, the employees will assist in social activities, and practical errands outside the home. The service recipient does not have her own car, and we would like the service offer/employees to have the use of a car.
