Norwegian tenderers shall submit a tax certificate.: All tenderers shall submit a VAT certificate and tax certificate. This only applies to Norwegian tenderers, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-2 (1).
The tax certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or a tender.
The contracting authority reserves the right to reject tenderers who have not fulfilled their tax and duty obligations, as stated in the Public Procurement Regulations.
If a tenderer has been given a deferment of payment, this must be enclosed as additional information to the tax certificate.
