Stavanger kommune

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for fuel from stations. The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of petrol, duty free and duty diesel from stations. Some of the contracting authority ́s units may also procure products and services for the daily operation of the vehicles, vehicle care products, engine oils, accessories and vehicle washing. The framework agreement shall cover the entire municipality. Municipal and private entities and institutions that are mainly financed by municipal support can use the contract on the same terms as the contracting authority.

The main objective of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of petrol, duty free and duty free of charge diesel from stations. Some of the contracting authority ́s units may also procure products and services for the daily operation of the vehicles, vehicle care products, engine oils, accessories and vehicle washing. The framework agreement shall cover the entire municipality. Stavanger municipalities have established central fuel installations. The tank installations are designed for duty free and subject to duty diesel. Parts of the municipalities' diesel-driven vehicles fill here. These vehicles are not included in the framework agreement and the volume is also not included in the estimated values. Stavanger municipalities has a contract for hire cars with a leasing company. These vehicles have their own fuel licences and are not included in the framework agreement.

Documentation proof: As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating commercial delphi score from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian). Tenderers must be in risk class 5 or higher on the Experian scale.
