Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate, not older than 6 months.

Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk and length.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating from a certified credit rating agency based on the most recent known accounting figures.

The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.

2. Tenderers must have environment management measures adapted to the contract's environmental objectives, environmental qualities, complexity and risk.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1: A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. See the tender documentation chapter 8 for further details on the requirements.

2: A description of the tenderer's environment management measures.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Eco-Lighthouse or equivalent, it is sufficient to provide a copy of a valid certificate.
