Haraldrud forbrenningsanlegg (HEA) needs a framework agreement for work with industrial tanks and industrial pipes with internal chemistry and temperature resistant covering. This also includes scrubber installations with the accompanying quench-pipe and sewage.
The contract will be valid from the start-up of the contract until and including 31.12.2026. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for an additional 1 + 1 + 1 year on identical terms.
A framework agreement will be signed with a tenderer that must both have competence in the entire contract area, and the capacity for both planned work and non-planned work at the facility.
