Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Establishment of a framework agreement for periodical inspections as well as other service and maintenance of passenger/freight lifts for all of Akershus University Hospital HF ́s locations. The aim of the contract is to ensure that the health company ́s lifts always fulfil the requirements for safety and operational stability. The delivery also includes other planned maintenance work, minor repairs and turn-out services. Major works will be published in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements.

The certificate must not be more than six (6) years old.: Norwegian tenderers shall present tax and VAT certificates.

2. Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Sufficient means a credit rating equivalent to A or better.: A credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the most recent accounting figures. The assessment must not be more than three months old. If a parent company guarantee is used, the credit rating must be provided for the parent company. A bank guarantee can be submitted, that provides equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract. Income statement and balance with notes, as well as annual report and auditor's report for recent years. In addition a cash flow statement is required for the companies that are obliged to set this up. Income statement and balance sheet for the last six months if it is more than six months since the last annual report. Emphasis will be put on the tenderer having profitable operations, satisfactory liquidity and equity. Tenderers are required to have: • An annual minimum turnover of NOK 5 million within the area included in the contract. • Equity ratio in % ≥ 10 Comment: If the sum of equity < 100,000, the solidity is considered to be weak anyway. • Liquidity degree II ≥ 0.9 Any other information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
