Agder county is the road authority for the county road network in Agder. The county road network consists of approx. 4,000 kilometres of county road. The contract portfolio for the county roads includes: • Investment projects • Operation and maintenance • Operation of ferry services • The right to compensation. • Goods and services connected to the ownership and management of the county roads. The framework agreement is for the provision of legal services in connection with process assignments for the Court in particular within contract, contract and compensation law, connected to county roads. The contract also includes lectures and courses to ensure transfer of experience from process assignments and consultancy assignments in dispute cases within the above mentioned legal areas.
