The Contracting Authority needs toys and art materials for all relevant municipal units, such as schools, nurseries, before-and-after-school care etc. The contracting authority ́s units vary in size and have different needs, and the purchasing pattern will therefore vary from unit to unit.
The framework agreement ́s options for an extension for 1 year + 1 year can only be taken up by the contracting authority. The option for an extension shall be in writing and can occur at any time during the contract period.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of creditworthy and have a minimum of NOK. NOK 12 million in operational income for the last available financial year.: Documentation: Norwegian companies: As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain the credit assessment Commercial Delphi Score from Experian. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "Credit worthy", i.e. tenderers must be in risk class 5 or higher on Experians scale.
Foreign companies: Credit rating from a credit rating company that shows that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The credit rating shall show the current financial situation of the company, be based on the last available accounts and be carried out by a company that has permission to carry out credit information activities.
For all companies: If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Tenderers shall have a well-functioning environmental management system, adapted to the nature and scope of the agreement.: Tenderers are required to be certified for environmental management, in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn. Other certificates issued by bodies in other EEA bodies can also be submitted, provided that the tenderer can document that these are equivalent to EMAS or ISO 14001.
The contracting authority will accept other documentation for equivalent environmental management measures if the tenderer is unable to obtain such certificates by the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer himself. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer documents that these measures are equivalent to the requested quality assurance standards or environmental management systems or standards.
