The assignment concerns the implementation of facilitated school transport, i.e. transport of students with a right to transport who cannot use the ordinary public transport service. The assignment initially covers only transport to and from schools within the geographical area of the individual contract, to be carried out with the relevant vehicle category (applies to Målselv).

The purpose of the requirements is to ensure that the selected tenderer is capable of fulfilling the contract.
If the tenderer (via Altinn) has made the tax certificate, company certificate and annual accounts available to the contracting authority
such as eBevis, the contracting authority will obtain the documentation itself. Tenderers must attach a company registration certificate.
If the tenderer is 50% or more owned by another company, the above information must also be provided for the parent company.
Instead, foreign tenderers must demonstrate that the company is registered in a trade register or
business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The contracting authority will obtain information on the tenderer's
economic and financial position through Proff (www.proff.no).
Tenderers must ensure that this information is available on
the website. If it is not available, the offer must be accompanied by
the company's last two audited annual accounts and annual report.
If the tenderer has justifiable grounds for not having the above
documentation available, they can prove their economic and
financial position with any other document that the contracting authority
deems suitable. In such cases, tenderers must contact
the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation
can be considered suitable. If there is financial information of
a more recent date that does not appear in Proff or documentation from
the tenderer, and which has relevance to the tenderer's
implementation ability, the tenderer must give notice of this.

An overview of the most important relevant deliveries that the tenderer has
provided in the last three years, together with information on
the contracts value, dates of delivery or execution, and
the name/org. no. of the recipient. Deliveries do not necessarily have to be
within the taxi industry. Preferably use Annex 0.1
