Framework agreement for the procurement of building materials and tools

The objective of the contract is to cover the municipalities' requirements for the procurement of tools and building materials. The procurement of tools and building materials is sporadically in accordance with requirements, as the products are used for continuous maintenance works. Procurements should be carried out via e-commerce. However, the municipalities are making most or a considerable amount of the procurements directly in a sales outlet.
The requirement specification states that the outlet(s) must be located a maximum of 20 minutes drive in normal traffic conditions from Olav Ingstads vei 2 (Rud).
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders (sub-tenders) for the following two lots:
- Framework agreement for the procurement of building materials and/or
- Framework agreement for the procurement of tools. If the tenderer presents tenders for both building materials and tools, price sheets for both lots must be submitted.

Kort beskrivelse:
Based on previous years' consumption in the context of assumed future needs, total annual call-offs are approx. NOK 1 - 5 million excluding VAT for building materials and NOK 1-5 million excluding VAT for tools. The maximum call-off against the framework agreements during a 4-year period is therefore between NOK 4-20 million excluding VAT for building materials and NOK 4-20 million excluding VAT for tools. The annual procurement will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. There is some uncertainty about the scope of the framework agreements during the contract period. For this reason, the contracting authority has decided that it is necessary to consider this variation related to scope. The framework agreements are non-exclusive.
