Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.: The contracting authority will initially itself obtain a credit assessment of the tenderer. The credit rating is based on the most recent accounting figures. Financial strength of the host assessed in relation to resetnad, ignition, solidity and liquidity. The contracting authority �?s contracting authority shall collect the tenderer's annual accounts, including notes with the board �?s and auditor �?s reports from the last year. Foreign tenderers are asked to submit annual accounts, including any notes with the board's and auditor's reports, from the last two years. If, due to valid reasons, the tenderer cannot present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, he can prove the economic and financial position, with a quarter of a second document, that the contracting authority can accept. Equivalently, if a tenderer not available financial data, the tenderer can, if available, not have a correct impression of the company's economic and financial position, supplement with newlyasted quarterly, tertial or half-year accounts. Such accounting information must be attested by an auditor or certified accounts. Delivered with the tender: No for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must enclose post-sparring documentation.

The tenderer shall have good and relevant experience from equivalent assignments during the last three years.: Portrayal of the three most relevant assignments from the supplier during the last three years. The description must include information on the value of the assignment, date and reception (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References can be contacted if needed to ensure relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. The tenderer shall use the reference form in Appendix 5. Delivered with the tender.

Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity in accordance with requirements that shall be delivered.: A portrayal of the supplier's average annual workforce and a speech of co-workers in the hiring during the last three years. Delivered with the tender.

Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance system.: A description of the quality assurance system and any attached certification of the company's quality assurance system.
