Economic and financial position requirements: Requirement: The tenderer shall have the necessary economic and financial capacity to carry out Contract. It is sufficient to fulfil requirement that the tenderer has achieved the credit rating "credit worthy" or equivalent. Documentation requirement: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the last known accounting figures. The assessment must not be more than three months old.

Requirement for tax certificate: Requirement: The tenderer shall have an orderly conditions in relation to the payment of tax, payroll tax and Sales tax. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate not older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. the tender deadline. Tax certificate means: Norwegian tenderers: • Tax and VAT certificate issued by the tax office via Altinn Foreign tenderers: • Foreign tenderers must present equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have their tax and duty payments in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issuing such certificates, the tenderer shall. submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. Statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's financial director/person responsible for finance.

Norwegian tenderers collect the contracting authority a company registration certificate from Brønnøysund Register Centre. The Norwegian National Police tenderers shall therefore not enclose a company registration certificate. Foreign tenderers: • Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in trade register or company register in accordance with the law.
