The estimate is not binding for the Contracting Authority, and there is considerable uncertainty associated with call-offs against the framework agreement and the extent of need for security services over the next 7 years.The agreement covers security guard services in the Government District and approximately 15 temporary locations, including construction sites, for the ministry community in Oslo. These locations may change continously There is considerable uncertainty related to the number of locations, changes thereof, etc. The progress of the construction of the new Government District will have a major impact on the call-offs against the agreement, and large fluctuations in the scope of assignments must be expected. The uncertainty is largely related to external factors, such as political decisions.
