Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The agreement will be valid for 3 years, with an option for an agreement extension for a further four years, for two years at a time (2+2). This means that the maximum contract period is seven (7) years.
The estimate is not binding, and the frame represent call-offs throughout the entire contract period including options (3+2+2 years), not the expected turnover on the contract.

the tenderer must fulfil legal requirements concerning health, environment and security for work that shall be carried out in Norway,
Documentation Requirement
An HSE self-declaration, atttached as annex 1, signed by a person authorised to bind the tenderer and a representative for the employees.
Tenderers must be a legally established company
• Company registration certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the Supplier is registered in a trade register in his home country.

Qualification requirements
The tenderers must have paid their taxes and fees (Norwegian tenderers only)
Documentation Requirement
VAT and tax certificate, not older than 6 months from the deadline for requests for participation in the tender contest.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to provide the service.
Credit rating, not older than 3 months. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
DSS reserves the right to consider publicly available information as well, such as financial statements.

Qualification requirements
Tenderers must have a quality assurance system that is suitable for the delivery's complexity, risk, and goals.
Documentation Requirement
A description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods.
If the tenderer's quality assurance certifications is ISO 9001 certified or its equivalent, it is sufficient to provide a copy of a valid certificate.
Tenderers shall fulfil all the formal requirements for registered and legal security guard activities in accordance with the Security Guard Act and the Norwegian police´s regulations.
Relevant approvals shall be attached the request for qualification.
The tenderer must refer to at least 3 contracts with relevance to this contract in the last 3 years.
Relevance is in this context defined as security guard services with round-the-clock manpower with several full-time equivalent for longer periods of time.
Reference list of the tenderer's relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
The list of references shall as a minimum include:
o A brief description of the delivery
o Date of delivery
o Scope of the delivery in monetary amount, if possible
o Name, email address, and telephone number of the reference person at the contracting authority. The given reference persons must be expected to be contacted.
Tenderers must have sufficient manpower to carry out the framework agreement.
