The contracting authority would like tenders for passenger transport to and from the Settlement and Introduction Scheme Department in Sandnes municipality.
The transport requirement is divided into three sub-assignments:
1. Transport by bus (with a minimum of 16 seats with a minimum of 52 seats).
2. Transport by taxi/minibus (space for 1-4 passengers and space for 5-9 passengers).
3. Transport by taxi– occasional assignments.
After that, as an option, the contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time, the maximum total contract period is 4 years.
The framework agreement ́s options for an extension for 1+1 year can only be taken up by the contracting authority.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "Credit worthy", i.e. tenderers must be in risk class 5 or higher on Experians scale.: Norwegian companies: As documentation, the contracting authority will obtain the credit rating Commercial Delphi Score from Experian. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "Credit worthy", i.e. tenderers must be in risk class 5 or higher on Experians scale.
Foreign companies: Credit rating from a credit rating company that shows that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The credit rating shall show the current financial situation of the company, be based on the last available accounts and be carried out by a company that has a licence to carry out a credit information company.
For all companies: If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid.
