have wages and working conditions in accordance with:
Regulations on general tariff agreements.
Regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts dated 8 February 2008, where applicable. For areas not covered by the regulations on general tariff agreements, the wages and working conditions shall be in accordance with the nationwide tariff agreement for the relevant branch. Wages and working conditions means provisions on minimum working hours,
wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements, and coverage of travel, board and lodging expenses, to the degree such provisions are in the tariff agreement.
Tenderers are obliged, upon request, to document wages and working conditions for their own employees, employees at any sub-suppliers (including hired). The information shall be documented by, among other things, a copy of a work contract, pay slip, timesheets and
the employer's bank printout. The documentation shall be on a personal level and it shall state who it concerns.
The requirement is fulfilled with a completed self-declaration on wages and working conditions attached under the documents.
