The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for continuous carpentry and tradesman services (the Service) in support of the daily operation and development of the municipality ́s total properties. The need will be met by making call-offs over the framework agreement.

The estimated market value per annum can, for example, vary from NOK 2,000,000 to NOK 20,000,000 per annum. The contract ́s total value is estimated to be up to NOK 80,000,000 over a four year period.
The announced and estimated total value of the procurement is very uncertain. It is taken into account that any possible future measures are initiated to stimulate business if such needs arise. The contracting authority draws particular attention to the fact that the framework agreement ́s estimated volume in NOK can be considerably reduced if such measures are not initiated.
