Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen:
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for high quality products with a supplier for the product group crockery and kitchen equipment. The products shall satisfy needs in several different groups such as, among other things, nursery schools, large kitchens and refugee services. All entities in the municipalities shall be able to use the contract.
The objective of the tender contest is to ensure the contracting authority access to the mentioned products of the correct quality at a correct price.

Tittel: Kitchen equipment - requirement specifications and award criteria
Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen:
General requirements:
• The products shall be marked in accordance with Norwegian law and documentation, or that the user instructions shall be in Norwegian.
• The equipment shall be used by the municipality ́s institutional kitchens, and institutions such as nursing homes/residential centres, nurseries, schools and the like. This indicates a somewhat rough treatment which suggests that the products must have high quality with a durable material.
• The products must be durable in that they fulfil the hygienic requirements in the current laws and regulations. This means that the products must endure washing in the municipality ́s institutional household machines with temperatures up to 95 degrees C.
•Crockery, cutlery, glass, cups and mugs can be delivered with up to 12 in each pack. All other products must be able to be ordered individually.
Porcelain:
• The quality shall be equivalent to the vithroporselen/field cartridge.
• Crockery must tolerate heating in microwave ovens.
•Service must endure being put on heating plates in heating trolleys.
Glass:
• Water glass must be stackable.
• Wine glasses shall have been made.
• Products in glass shall, unless otherwise stated, have execution in transparent, clear, hardened glass.
Cutlery:
• Knife, fork, spoon, dessert spoon, cake fork and teaspoon shall be offered in the same design
• A child knife, fork and spoons shall be offered in the same design.
• Stainless steel in cutlery shall be 18/10 steel or better and be high gloss polished.
• Tags on forks should not be abnormally long.
•Knifes shall have medium size tags and it shall be possible to cut without using a lot of muscle power.
• The cutlery shall have a simple design.
Kitchen utensils:
•Boxes shall be able to be used on all types of electric ovens, including induction plates, ceramic plates and cast iron plates.
Nursery products:
• Plastic, cutlery, cups, spout cups and porcelain suitable for use in nurseries.
If during the contract period it turns out that the quality of a product is not
satisfactory, this shall be replaced by a product with a better quality at an equal or better price.
