The Norwegian Coastal Administration, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for consultancy and consultancy services. The framework agreement is for consultancy and consulting services within engineering, geotechnics and environment disciplines for the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s development projects. Consultancy services, engineering design assignments and control assignments will be called-offs against this agreement. The scope of the framework agreement depends on which projects are prioritised in NTP and the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s action programme. Economically the contract is estimated to be NOK 10-15 million per year and a total financial limit of up to NOK 60 million without the Norwegian Coastal Administration having a obligation to purchase a specific amount. The extent of the work can vary throughout the contract period. The estimated volume shall be divided between 3 tenderers. Basic surveys are not a part of this framework agreement. The Norwegian Coastal Administration will, through other contracts, order and deliver basic surveys such as geotechnics, geology and environmental surveys. This framework agreement gives the Norwegian Coastal Administration the right, but not an obligation to award contracts within the framework agreement. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is not obliged to procure any specific amount of goods or services in the framework agreement period. The Norwegian Coastal Administration emphasises that some assignments can go outside the framework agreement. Examples of such assignments could be assignments where we would like to assess several solution proposals or complex projects. The total value that the contract can have for each supplier will correspond to the stated total value x stated maximum % in table for suppliers A, B and C. See annex 2.
