The framework agreement is for property and urban development services, such as competence within architecture, landscape architecture and planning, as well as other competence within some associated disciplines. Any other professions that are naturally associated to this can be added as agreed, if it is seen as necessary and/or appropriate for the execution of individual assignments.
Typical assignments will be:
- Illustration projects
- Feasibility studies of both individual properties and larger areas and intersections.
- Preparation of complete development plans and other planning programmes, including the hand over, if required, of planning processes that have already been started.
- Impact assessments and other individual reviews for the development of property.
- Participation and/or management in cooperation processes, as well as contributions to draft and preliminary projects.
- Place, site, and area analyses.
- Suitability assessments.
- Engineering design services for different measures within the above-mentioned professions.
