Framework agreement for a TV production platform

TV production of parliament negotiations is a core activity for the Norwegian Parliament, and approx. 1100 hours are broadcasted each year. It is therefore important that the TV production equipment always functions as it shall, and if required, repairs are carried out and supplements obtained for the equipment.
The objective of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian Parliament's requirements for the procurement and maintenance of TV production equipment and services related to the procurement, service, inspections, installation, configuration, and assembly of this equipment. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer that will deliver TV production equipment and services connected to this field. The delivery will run over 2 years with options for 1+1 year extension on the same terms. However, further work outside the framework agreement period must be expected.

An equivalent tender contest was published and cancelled earlier this year due to lack of competition The tender documentation in this tender contest is identical with the documentation in the previous contest, except for alterations in Del 2_Bilag 1, points 9.4,17.1.3 and 17.1.4. Alterations have also been made in point 3 in the price sheet, as well as points 1, 3.1 and 4 in Del 3 SSA-V_Bilag. For information.

The framework agreement will be valid from the date it is signed and for 2 (two) years, with an option for the Contracting Authority for an extension one or several times for up to further 2 years, to a maximum of 4 (four) years. Each awarded contract under the framework agreement can have a duration beyond the length of the framework agreement, and the provisions in the framework agreement for each awarded contract will also apply after the framework agreement has expired.
