The Research Council of Norway, c/o Accounting and Financial Management, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for finance and accounting services. The Research Council of Norway needs assistance with various assignments with the system Unit 4 ERP. This also includes changes to the financial model for the accounting and budget work. Assistance is wanted within project and development work - both over short and long periods as needed, as well as assistance with integrations between existing and new systems. The contract ́s estimated value for the entire contract period, including options, is estimated to NOK 8 million, excluding VAT.

We would like a tenderer with a broad spectrum of competence in understanding finance and budget models, knowledge of government accounts and accounting standards (SRS) and rules. We also need competence and experience with the development and operation of UNIT4 ERP. Consultants with competence and experience from the system's different modules and systems, as well as development and adaptation work connected to this.
