Stortinget [the Norwegian Parliament] shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery of curtains, internal sun screening
and associated products which shall cover the Norwegian Parliament's requirements for supplementation for the Parliament's buildings, including commuter flats. The products must be of solid and simple standard, with high technical and functional quality and timeless design The products shall be simple to
maintain.
The Norwegian Parliament reserves the right to call for separate tender contests for deliveries to large new buildings and reconstruction work
if the nature or the scope of the projects indicate that this is most appropriate.
