Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Tønsberg kommunale Eiendom (TkE) is organised as a separate activity in Tønsberg municipality. TkE is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Tønsberg municipality ́s buildings. We currently administer approx. 280,000 m2 purpose-built buildings, which consist of schools, nurseries, nursing homes, residential centres, sports halls, swimming pools and administration buildings. In addition we are responsible for renting, operating and maintaining the municipality ́s approx. 1,050 residential units. We would like, via this type of tender for a framework agreement, to search for collaboration partners who we can have a long-term and good cooperation with over time. The framework agreement will be designed as a parallel framework agreement by first asking the tenderer with the best tender. If the best ranked tenderer cannot deliver within the framework agreement ́s deadlines, the request for assignment goes to tenderer ranked as no. 2. A contract will therefore be signed with two tenderers based on this distribution. We believe that this type of agreement will help form security and continuity for our cooperation partners as well.
