Karmøy kommune

Karmøy Municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for flooring service for the maintenance of the contracting authority's own properties and any rented buildings.
The assignment will consist of goods and services deliveries.
The total value during the agreement period and the use of option is approx. NOK 8 million. The stated volume is a guideline is encumbered with uncertainty, and is in no way binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure any specific amount of services under this contract.
In case of new buildings and major renovation work, the contract authority will prepare separate contracts. Such contracts are therefore not included in this framework agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. To be documented by presenting: Credit rating with score credit worthy without requirement for guarantee, or higher score. The credit rating must be carried out by a reputable credit rating agency.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: The tender must be a Master Certificate enterprise/have employees with master certificate as residential paperhanger/master painter. Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. The tenderer shall have good ability to carry out the assignment in accordance with the contracting authority’s needs. Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. An overview of number of full-time equivalent with competence in the discipline floorer. A cope of master certificates and any certificates of apprenticeship.

Approved. apprenticeship company

The company must be an approved apprenticeship company: Documented by: Membership in a training office or other government-approved scheme.
