The framework agreement will deal with both planned assignments that shall be carried out in accordance with an annual plan and non-scheduled ongoing assignments.
For example, for scheduled assignments, this is about; trench and peat canteen clearing along our road areas, replacing sub-drains under roads, set-up of foot and cycle road shafts and some major assignments connected to upgrading the road area. These assignments will be planned in consultation with the chosen tenderer and the contractor can affect the date of execution per calendar year. The assignments will be prepared in a plan that shall be presented with a new framework partner before the start of the summer season and/or well before the assignments are expected to start.
For example, for non-scheduled ongoing assignments, this is about; urgent need for assistance in weather events where road areas are destroyed, preliminary works for asphalting that must be coordinated with our framework partner's asphalt plan, as soon as a need for assistance with transporting in gritting agents or transporting snow in winter or for critical events reported by the public. These assignments will be call-offs as needed and with requirements for quick start-up.
