The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Qualification requirement: 1. Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to. fulfil the contract. 2. Tenderers shall have an equity percentage of at least 10%. 3. The average annual turnover in the last three years shall as a minimum be equivalent to annual turnover on the contract.

Working environment - SHA system: SHA system Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall be certified or in the process of certification in accordance with NS ISO 45001:2018 Management Systems for the working environment - Requirements and guidelines on use or equivalent.

Working environment - Accident rate (H1-value).: Qualification requirement: Tenderers ought to have an average H1 for the last three years lower than 15. If the H1-value is higher than 15, an account shall be provided of the developing trend. for the H1- value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of high H1- Value. If the tenderer is a community of suppliers, the provisions in the point 4.2. The H1-value is defined as the number of work accidents with absence in relation to the performed man-hours multiplied by 106. The F-value shows the number of absence days at the employee/hired employee as a result of injury. per 1,000,000 hours worked. As the absence day, all the entire absence days are included. (except Saturdays, Sundays and a public holiday) for which the employee is absent due to absence injury regardless of working hours scheme. An absence injury is seen as undesired event involving hired/hired at contractors who have resulted in a 100% absence beyond the injury day and where the person is not back in ordinary any alternative work. If the absentee injury causes death within one year of the date of the incident, 230 days of absence will be calculated.

Environment: Tenderers shall be certified or in the process of certification in accordance with NS-EN ISO 14001:2015 Management Systems for environment - Specifications with guidance or equivalent. The certified system shall be relevant for equivalent transport projects.

Quality: Tenderers shall be certified or in the process of certification in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 Management systems for quality - Requirement or equivalent. The certified system shall be relevant for equivalent transport projects.

ESPD/Tax certificate: Tenderers shall have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall confirm that they fulfil this requirement when submitting their tender. Tenderers shall, upon request by the contracting authority, present a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home country or the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall show whether the tenderer has fulfilled his tax, duty and social security obligations. The certificate shall not be older than six months from the tender deadline. If a request for participation in the competition is to be submitted, the certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submitting the enquiry.

Registration: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company or consist of a community of suppliers who are legally established companies. The requirement also applies to entities that the tenderer will use, cf. point 4. Documentation requirement: 1. Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises or an equivalent certificate of statutory registration in the country where the tenderer or the entities that jointly constitute the tenderer, cf. point 4.2, are established, as well as for all supporting entities, cf. point 4.1. 2. Completed table in chapter E2 point 3.1 possibly point 3.4.
