The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance East (hereafter called the "Contracting Authority") invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along National Road 3 on the atna-Kvikne stretch. The driving distance from National Road 3 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 1 km. The exit from National Road 3 shall be on the stretch from the southern exit to county road 219 at Atna and to the county border Innlandet/Trøndelag. The 24 hour resting place shall contain sanitary installations with toilets and showers and it shall have 12-20 parking places. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements listed in the requirement specifications.

If there is doubt, the Contracting Authority can obtain further information from the tenderer.

In the attached contract terms point 2.18, there are requirements that ensure that employees at the tenderer and any sub-suppliers who carry out work on the contract do not have lower wages and working conditions than that in the current regulations on general tariff agreements or national collective agreements for the relevant industries. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will also check that the provisions are complied with and impose sanctions on suppliers in case of compliance with the provisions.
