The product/system we would like to procure is a product/system that shall give us an overview of our buildings and show energy consumption both as regards square meters and outside temperature, as well as the development of energy consumption over time (depending on historical figures)The product/system shall handle energy consumption for buildings connected to our administration ́s mass in Kristiansand municipality, The extent of the meters is somewhat uncertain but is probably about up to approx. 600 meters. both subscription meters (electricity/district heating) as well as internal meters (electricity and water-borne heating) and some oil meters. In the future we would like to implement water consumption in the same system.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

There shall be a different 'Dashboard' for each user (selected via login). On the first page there shall be a menu shortcut for "the whole company" (all buildings listed) shortcuts for choosing groups (selection of buildings) and all buildings. Information on the relevant buildings obtained from Plania's database, including building ID from all buildings shall be constructed. (m2 gross/net, building type, address) measuring station for outside temperature and any energy label. Furthermore, shortcuts shall be published for all buildings for meters/meter structure with names and types of meters, ET diagrams shall be prepared for all buildings, there shall be logs (where the controller can make comments for periods, Consumption, Annual Reports and there shall be an option to set alarms for different deviations. Furthermore, a menu choice for documents shall be included (we shall be able to upload documents in pdf format). These choices shall be made by a "normal" user of the system. Administration modules for the system shall also be delivered. This module shall include or pull out buildings (also building data) or meters in the system, adjusting ET baskets, creating groups for selection of buildings, creating different groupings of buildings etc. A demo of the offered product shall be carried out via Teams after the opening of the tender, a call for a Team demo will be sent.
