Karmøy municipality, Water and sewage treatment sector, needs a framework agreement for the delivery of work and consultancy for the following areas related to our water and sewage treatment facilities: electrical, automation, telecommunications/data distribution network and industrial electric, cf. further explanation in the tender documentation. This includes different types of facilities such as drinking water/wastewater treatment plants, water/wastewater pumping stations, water meters/pressure gauges, different types of sensors, different types of protocols (e.g. Wireless M-bus, Lorawan, NB IoT, Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU).

Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 12 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The agreement can be extended for one plus one year.

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures.

The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Tenderers must have experience from similar assignments.

Documentation requirement:

The tenderer must attach a list of the three primary comparable deliveries during the last three years.

Information must be provided about the customer´s name, value per annum, content, dates and the recipient's contact person (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The contact persons will only be contacted if necessary.
