The framework agreement will include the provision of a number of different types of work, for example:
- Facade work
- Delivery and assembly of walls, ceilings, floors and fittings
- Damage limitation and securing buildings in the event of break-ins and vandalism
- Replacement of wooden, steel and aluminium doors and windows
- Asbestos removal work
- Wet room work
- Fire sealing
- Demolition work
- Alteration and renovation of varying degrees
- Delivery of kitchen fittings (with and without assembly), and kitchen parts, such as worktops, sections, cupboards, sinks, hinges and handles, possibly with integrated white goods if required by the contracting authority.
The framework agreement also includes all necessary materials and tools for assembly, disposal of
demolition materials, and safety measures for own personnel and the building's users.
The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that
naturally come under the discipline covered by this framework agreement can be included
if there is a need for it in the contract period. The framework agreement can also include
planning and engineering design services for the assignments.
The contracting authority has several ongoing framework agreements for various services, which, in some assignments, will
touch on assignments in this contract. In such cases the contracting authority will use the contracts in
the most appropriate way.
The framework agreement is divided into the following lots:
- Lot 1: Bergenhus, Årstad, Åsane, and Arna
- Lot 2: Fana, Ytrebygda, Laksevåg, and Fyllingsdalen
Lot 1 comprises approx. 60% of the estimated volume, but the estimated volume can vary between the lots due to unforeseen needs that can arise in the contract period. Tenderers can submit a tender for both lots, but only one contract will be awarded per tenderer, so that two different tenderers will be awarded contracts. If a tenderer submits a tender with the lowest comparison price for both lots, this tenderer will be awarded lot 1, which is assumed to have the largest volume. The tenderer ranked as number two will then be awarded lot 2.
Lot 1 comprises approx. 60% of the estimated volume, but the estimated volume can vary between the lots due to unforeseen needs that can arise in the contract period. Tenderers can submit a tender for both lots, but only one contract will be awarded per tenderer, so that two different tenderers will be awarded contracts.
