Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for Buildings and Property, will renovate Hordnestunet nursing home. The building was constructed around 1980 and the nursing home is not in use, pending adaptations for new users.
The building is over two storeys, with the floor plans on level U being changed while those for level 1 will be continued for the most part. There will be no extensions, additions or alterations to the facade, other than the replacement of windows and doors.
The project is planned to be carried out as a turnkey contract.
