Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The parties can, if they agree, extend the contract to apply for
a further period of 12, 24 or 36 months after 31.08.2028. The extension must be
agreed on by 31.05.2027. The builder also has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from and including 1 September in the year it was agreed the contract would expire, (i.e., either at the end of the original contract period, or at the end of the extended contract period in accordance with the previous section), until 31 August the following year. If the builder wants to extend the contract in accordance with this option, written notification must be given to the contractor no later than 30 April of the year the contract period expires, i.e. The year the original contract period expires if the contract is not extended in accordance with the previous section, or the year the mutually agreed contract extension period expires if the contract is extended in accordance with the previous section.

The builder can decide to expand the contract to also include
work on E136 Stuguflåten - Dombås by 31 May 2024, cf. A3 point 1 and the road network description in chapter
D2-V4-9404-E136 Stuguflåten - Dombås.
If the expansion takes place, the contractor of the work for E136 Stuguflåten - Dombås
will receive a settlement in accordance with the prices stated in chapter E3 for E136 Stuguflåten - Dombås, in accordance with the applicable
regulations and provisions included in the contract in general. This also applies if the contract is later extended, cf. chapter C3, point 36.
