Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

In connection with the construction of a new secondary school at Garnes, several zoning plans have been added that shall be fulfilled before the new building is granted a permit for use. Many of the order provisions relate to approx. 500 m of county road 5,354 and is therefore separated into a separate project that includes i.a.: establishment of a new area for school buses at the school expansion of the car park in connection with Arna Sixth Form College Upgrading of County Road 5354 (mainly surface works, edging stones, establishing pavements and other minor adjustments) development of pavement establishment of the surface water installations for the new road lighting establishment The project is planned to be announced in spring 2024 as a general contract with NS8405 as a contract standard at the bottom. The description is based on the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s process code. The engineering design services will be In Charge of The Service, And Norconsult will be responsible for the role of SHA-KP/KU. VLFK has its own construction manager who shall follow up the quality of the deliveries in the project and check that the execution corresponds with certified technical drawings. The estimated construction period is 8-9 months. The contractor will, in addition to the guidelines in notification plans from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, be free to order and carry out the work. The construction management assignment is expected to be 20-40% in the initial phase up until the award, a 60-80% position during execution and 20-40% in connection with the final settlement.

Minimum qualification requirements The contracting authority requires that all tenderers have implemented a quality management system that is satisfactory to ensure the quality of execution in this contract. Documentation requirement: Description of the company ́s implemented quality management system. A certificate shall be enclosed for the company's quality management system, which verifies that the company fulfils certain quality management standards, for example ISO 9001:2015. If a company does not have such a certificate, other valid documentation of the company's quality management system must be submitted.
