Management tasks include i.a. cleaning of outdoor facilities, lawn mowing, tree care, care of shrub fields, moulded bushes and hedges and perennials, maintenance of roads, places and paths as well as minor maintenance assignments.
For the two main properties, a fixed annual remuneration is stipulated for the work covered by the attached functional descriptions.
Statsbygg wants to initiate the contract as soon as possible after the contract is signed.
Varighet: 48 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer. Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. The tenderer must have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out the assignments included in the agreement.
A statement must be given of the tenderer's average annual workforce and managerial staff in the last three years.
An overview of suitable equipment that the tenderer intends to use in the assignment must be provided.
2. The tenderer must have experience from assignments with a transferable value to this agreement.
The tenderer must submit a description of up to 5 reference projects with a transferable value from the last 3 years, with information on, amongst other things:
The name of the assignment/agreement
A description of the assignment/agreement
Type of building
The value of the assignment/agreement
Start-up date and completion date
The contracting authority and the name of their contact person (this person may be contacted if needed)
