The Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) shall enter into framework agreements with private providers of interdisciplinary specialised substance abuse treatment (Norwegian: TSB)
Both non-profit and commercial providers who can provide the service within the Sørlandet hospital's service area can submit tenders. The health trusts belonging to the Contracting Authority and the five non-profit hospitals with which the Contracting Authority has operating agreements with are not invited to participate in the contract, neither as main provider nor sub-provider.
