The assignment mainly consists of routine operation assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also consists of inspecting and registering, planning the activity, stand-by for summer operations and general traffic management, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public, and management of other assignments required for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The builder has an option for 12 months. If the builder takes up the option of a 12 month extension of the contract, the extended contract period will run until from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2027 at 24:00.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following work:
1: The main disciplines included in the assignment include: operation and maintenance of roads
2: The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
Cleaning traffic areas/traffic objects
Construction work notification and traffic management
Operation of drainage systems
Maintenance of roads and road objects means replacing subdrains, replacing matter in
roads, setting up signs, simple railing work, etc., which are included in the maintenance assignments
as described in D1 of this contract.
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign tenderers shall instead submit equivalent
certificates as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must comply with the following requirements:
Tenderers must have positive equity.
The tenderer's average annual turnover for the previous 3 years must be minimum NOK 2
million a year.

Documentation requirement:
1. The tenderer's annual financial statements, annual report, and audit report for the last three years, and recent information (quarterly accounts) which is of importance to the tenderer's
fiscal figures. The form in chapter E2 point 4 shall be completed.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and complexity for
the following work:
1: The main disciplines included in the assignment include: operation and maintenance of roads
2: The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
Cleaning traffic areas/traffic objects
Construction work notification and traffic management
Operation of drainage systems
Maintenance of roads and road objects means replacing subdrains, replacing matter in
roads, setting up signs, simple railing work, etc., which are included in the maintenance assignments
as described in D1 of this contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A list of up to 5 and no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out
or carries out during the last five years calculated from the tender deadline. The list must, cf.
the form in chapter E, contain the following for each of the contracts:
Name of the recipient (contracting authority)
Description of what the contract works, including the relevance in relation
to the qualification requirements point 1 and 2.
Type of works that was executed by the tenderer, and type of works that was
executed by sub-contractors (contract facilitators).
Date for the delivery.
Value of the contract.
Reference person/contact person at the Contracting Authority with contact data
(telephone number and email address), and indication of their role at
the Contracting Authority during the contract period. The contractor is responsible for
the reference person being available to provide a reference.
The builder refers to the right to reject tenderers that cannot present
the documentation requirements as described above.
