The work is for improving a stretch on county road 7750 - Mercurveien north S1D1 approx. m 1710 - 2430:
County road 7750 Mercurveien north will, for this contract, cover the stretch from S1D1 m 1730 to 2430 - in other words approx. 700 metres, which are located just outside the centre of Harstad.
The road stretch is currently narrow, with variations, but is approx. 5 metres at the narrowest. The most important assignments here will be expanding the road with the accompanying surface water management. It is also worth mentioning that the highest rock cuttings here can be put to 30 metres high - rock fall protection will therefore also be an important part of the work on this stretch. The intention of the project here is to raise the road standard and thereby have better accessibility and traffic safety for road users, which in this case is almost only business transport.

The improvement of the road shall mainly include:
- New superstructure and in some places, road embankment.
- Width expansion of the road in places.
- Altering the road route in places (applies to the start of the lot).
- Establishment of surface water management - various measures.
- Establishment of retaining walls made of pre-fabricated concrete elements.
- Various forms of rock fall measures.
- Erosion protection measures.
- Adaptations / re-establishment of existing access roads and exits.
- Establishment of railings.
- Alterations/re-establishment of existing water and sewage installations (also municipal), and other types of cables in the ground.
- Establishment of street lights on the stretch. NB! This will be an option that the builder can choose to withdraw from the contract.
- All measures regarding periodic traffic management during the construction period.
In relation to the scope of the project, the builder has added 1 option for all the measures included in the establishment of street lights. (Tender documentation, chapter D1 Description Place C Electro). The option means that this part of the contract can be withdrawn. A decision on whether the option will be taken up will be made by the builder by 22 May 2023. Only the builder can decide whether the option will be taken up or not. See chapter A3 point 10.6.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The following parts of the project can be withdrawn if the builder so decides:
I. Concerns the sub-stretch; county road 7750 hp01 at approx. m 1730 - 2430 (Mercurveien north):
on this stretch the establishment of street lights (the entire sub-stretch), including
conduits with the accompanying installations, can be withdrawn.
The above-mentioned part of the project will be covered by chapter D1 Description Place C Electro.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity in order to fulfil the contract,
and must comply with the following requirements:
Tenderers must have positive equity.
An average annual turnover of minimum NOK 80 million in the last three
previous financial years.
Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and complexity for
the following work:
1: The main disciplines included in the assignment are: Road construction, blasting work.
2. Sub-assignments in the contract work: Rock fall protection, establishment of street lights (option),
and the establishment of installations for surface water management, as well as the construction of
retaining walls.

A list of up to 5 and no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out
or is carrying out in the last five years calculated from the tender deadline.
