The assignment will be regulated by NS 8401 General conditions of contract for design commissions, along with the changes, supplements and specifications stated in Chapter 3, as well as Annex 7: Supplement to NS 8401.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Phase 3 and phase 4 of the assignment are provided as options.

The option in phase 3 concerns the basic documents for the tender documentation for contracts.

The option in phase 4 concerns consultancy during the execution phase.

The options must be triggered in Q2 2024 with the same terms as the main procurement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Comparable assignments means the engineering design of a primary school with a swimming pool or a primary school and a swimming pool as separate assignments, which have been carried out.

Documentation requirement:

Tenderers must present an overview of comparable. assignments executed during the last 5 years, which clearly demonstrates that the requirement is met.

Tenderers must document fulfilment of the requirement in a separately designed annex. The assignment descriptions must contain a brief description of the assignment, the contracting authority and the time period
