The tenderer shall have good experience from similar deliveries.: Certificates from similar deliveries during the last three years. The certificates shall as a minimum contain: • A short description of the delivery (in light of Annex 1). • Date of execution. • Scope of delivery in amount. • Name and email to a reference person at the contracting authority. If it is not possible to acquire signed or verified attestations, the tenderer shall provide a list of all relevant assignments with descriptions according to the above points. The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.

According to ESDP part III: Rejection reasons, section D: "Other reasons for rejection that are stipulated in the national legislation of the Contracting Authority's Member State" The Norwegian procurement rules go further than what is stated in the rejection reason stated in the EU directive on public procurements and in the standard form for ESDP. It is therefore clarified that all reasons for rejection in the procurement regulations § 24-2, including the purely national rejection reasons apply to this procurement. The following rejection reasons in the procurement regulations § 24-2 are purely national rejection reasons: • § 24-2 (2) In this provision it is stated that the contracting authority shall reject a tenderer when he is aware that the tenderer has been legally convicted or has accepted a wrought for the stated punishable conditions. The requirement that the contracting authority shall reject tenderers who have accepted a writy for the stated punishable conditions is a distinctively Norwegian requirement. • 24-2 (3) letter in. The rejection reason in the ESDP form only includes serious errors in professional practice, whilst the Norwegian rejection reason also includes other serious errors that can lead to doubts about the tenderer's professional integrity.
