Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Requirement for experience from similar assignments - reference projects. The turnkey contractor (TE) and the architect (ARK) are required to have relevant experience from the execution of similar deliveries/contracts of an equivalent complexity.
Relevant experience means the tenderer's experience as a turnkey contractor and the architect's experience in designing draft projects based on a function description and/or engineering designers.
Similar deliveries means assignments that comprise engineering design services for and the construction (execution) of school buildings/institutional buildings/other public buildings with an equivalent or larger complexity.
Documentation: A description of up to 3 reference projects carried out by the tenderer in the last 5 years.
2) Key personnel's competence: Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence and professional qualifications (key personnel) to fulfil the turnkey contract.
Key personnel means:
- Project Manager
- Engineering Design Manager
- Architect
- Environmentally responsible (with competence to follow-up environmental requirements and targets in the tender documentation).
Documentation:The tenderer's organisation plan/overview of key personnel that will be responsible for the delivery. The overview must include which professional qualifications the key personnel have.
3) Quality management: Tenderers must have good routines for quality management. Documentation: Alternative 1: A description of the company's procedures for quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, and continual analysis and improvement. Alternative 2: If a tenderer holds ISO 9001:2000 certification or equivalent, this can be attached.

4) Environment management system. Tenderers must have a satisfactory environment management system. Documentation: Alt. 1: A description of the company’s environmental goals and environmental policy, competence strategy for the environmental field, as well as a description of existing routines on how the assignment will be executed in an environmentally responsible manner. Alternative 2. If the company has an environment management system verified by a third-party, such as ISO 14001, EMAS, the Eco-Lighthouse scheme, or equivalent, it is sufficient to attach a valid certificate thereof.
