The contract is for the construction of a new municipal street and a new municipal engineering water and sewage facility in Aksdalsvegen and Rådhusvegen west. In addition a new roundabout with ramps adapted to the existing bridge as well as a new footbridge over the E134 shall be constructed. The water and sewage installations in Aksdalsvegen will also run over the E134 in the northwest adapted for the existing stream as well as a new sub-drain down by Bongastjønn. The contract also includes the demolition/removal of sheltered accommodation flats along Aksdalsvegen which conflicts with the new engineered foot and cycle path. Site inspection: Wednesday 13 December, 10:00. Meet at the parking lot at Aksdal centre.

Involved cable owners will be Fagne, Haugaland kraft fibre, Telenor, Gasnor. New installations shall also be laid for these actors. New lighting installations with conduits and foundations for the lighting points. Lark: New kerbstones, paving areas (roundabout and guide islands), walls, planting (trees and bushes), arrondering of terrain along road areas. For public building and construction work, technical personnel or units that shall carry out the work: Tenderers can use the following technical personnel or technical units for public building and construction work to fulfil the contract: Minimum qualification requirements ADK certificate: At least one person in each ditch layer shall have an ADK certificate or equivalent. The person shall be present during all ditch and pipeline work, i.e. by the development of ditches, re-filling ditches and when laying and assembling the pipelines. Tenderers shall enclose a copy of a certificate. Certified excavation contractor in accordance with Fagne and Haugaland kraft fibre ́s rules: The tenderer, possibly his sub-supplier must be certified/pre-qualified. Tenderers shall enclose documentation that they have the necessary courses required to carry out the work, i.e. • E-training courses at Trainor - "Activities close to power lines and cables" • Courses at Sapio AS - "Course in construction work" (2.5 hours. Valid for 2 years) Courses at Trainor must be completed before courses at Sapio AS.
