Kort beskrivelse

The Customer's Department of Medical Genetics (MGM) and the Department for Cancer Genomics (SQG) provide NGS-based diagnostic services for medical conditions arising from somatic and germline variants. Our NGS-based diagnostic approach involves both whole exome sequencing (WES) and targeted panels. In addition, we are performing copy number analysis (CNV), based on SNP array data generated using the Affymetrix platform. Our current analysis tools, Alissa and Bench software, are used for variant interpretation. We are now seeking an alternative system that can replace, and potentially surpass or enhance the functionalities of these tools. Our needs include:Filtration, annotation, and classification of germline variants generated by NGS. Filtration, annotation, and classification of somatic variants generated by NGS. Filtration, annotation, and classification of germline and somatic CNVs generated by SNP-Arrays.University Hospital of North Norway (UNN) has option to purchase.

4.3.2 Economic and financial standing: Qualification Requirements: The Supplier shall have sufficient economic and financial standing to perform the contract.

The Supplier shall also at least meet the following requirements:
• Creditworthy

Documentation Requirements: Credit rating, no older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating should be conducted by a government-approved credit rating company.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating at its sole discretion from a government-approved credit rating company.

If the Supplier has valid reasons not to submit the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the Supplier may prove its economic and financial standing by any other document which the Contracting Authority considers appropriate.

If the Supplier wishes to rely on the parent company for fulfilling the economic and financial capacity requirement, a parent company guarantee should be attached, reference Appendix 6 – Parent company guarantee.

4.3.1 Registration: Qualification Requirements: The Supplier shall be a legally established business.

Documentation Requirements: • Norwegian Suppliers: Documentation that proves that the Supplier is legally registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.

• Foreign Suppliers: Documentation that proves that they are legally registered in a register of business enterprises, professional register or a commercial register in the State in which they are established.

If the Supplier is a group of economic operators (e.g., a Joint Venture), the information required in this section shall be provided for each individual group member. The qualification requirement shall be met by each group member.

Services only: Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. Control Permission: For goods or services that are complicated, or that in exceptional cases shall be used for a particular purpose: Will the tenderer allow checks of the tenderer's production capacity or technical capacity and, where necessary, of the survey and research facilities that the tenderer has at its disposal and of quality control measures? "Similar assignments" refer to the delivery of solutions for interpretation of genetic variants as a cloud service, and where the supplier has been a data processor of personal and health data on behalf of the data controller within the EU/EEA.

Documentation requirement: A list of the three most important deliveries or services performed in the last three years. The following information shall be conducted in Attachment 4 Answer form technical and professional qualifications.
• Company name customer
• Customer reference person
o Telephone number of reference person
• Time of delivery (start/end date)
Public or private customer
• Brief description of the delivery, including scope and complexity
• Key figures related to aspect ratio (contract value, contractor's performance + project value + area for the project)
